I enquired some of well known real estate’s around Deer Park, but they informed that it costs more amounts to renovate before being advertised for a potential buyer. So I contacted Sisira Real estate to get my house sold. When they were contacted I had been referred to a person, so he advised me to get the renovation at minimum cost. It was a significant cost drop compared to other agents suggested cost. As a result I was able to find a potential buyer who was happy to buy my house who offers completely exceeded my expectations.
